Is there a way to display a list of notes attached to cues? If not, could there be a new tab that would list all notes in a show file?

Hello Liam,
I'm guessing that you want to display the notes of cues as they're running? Hopefully aware that there's an a column you can add, plus a Display area you can open, to see them.
To add the column, right-click on the PSD tab name (or press the Gear) to open the editor:
Then, toggle on "Notes".
(One thing you could do is open a second PSD tab [it would be labelled Tab 2.2 or something] and use that editor to deselect everything *except* Notes).
That editor also lets you turn on Display Notes box at the bottom of the screen:
Note that the .a[A] button is used to select from three different text sizes of that Notes box, and the box always displays the active cue's Note
Finally, if you wanted something offline to look at, you could Export > CSV and select just "Cues". That will export your entire cue list (including parts, timings, etc), including a column labeled "CUE_NOTES" which are all the notes you've made.
