What is potentiometer?

I 'm trying Ion.　Ver 1.4.0
The usage is studied while seeing the manual.
one question.
For instance, it is on page 182 of the manual
( The potentiometer is then used to control the progress of a transition )
However, such a view is not found.
What view is the potentiometer?
How can I display it ?

Potentiometer = Fader.
It means the faders, either the main playback pair, the ten built into an Eos or the faders on a Wing, or Virtual faders you can bring up using Virtual Controls.
