Bug: All Workspaces snapshot bug

Recording a snapshot with "All Workspaces" selected doesn't work if there is already a snapshot recorded with that number. It must be deleted first and then re-recorded.

This is in 2.6.2 but the bug isn't mentioned in the release notes for 2.6.3.

  • Are you recording over older snapshots? (2.5 etc) We had the same issue but I think it is because they changed so much in it. What I did was open the old snapshot, delete it, record it again. That way it works.

    What I also found is that recalling a snapshot doesn't always respect all the settings I have for my screens and I end up having to recall it more than once to get it right. It won't open new tabs where I expect them to be in my snapshot.

    No, the bug happens even when recording and re-recording a brand new shapshot.

    I tried it on my laptop running 2.6.3 and the bug doesn't occur, although it could be because the laptop is only one screen.

    I have a different bug on the laptop though - when recalling a snapshot it tends to pop up the CIA for no reason. Recalling any snapshot an even number of times recalls it with the CIA down and an odd number of times brings the CIA up.
