Grand master & blackout button not working

Can some one help me please,

On our ION we have completely lost the functionality of the grand master & blackout button, also rem dim has stopped working ?

Was working fine and I do not know what i have changed to stop it working , its something linked with the current show file as older shows load and work fine ?

  • Grand Master and Blackout Key can be disabled in set-up. and set-up can be saved and loaded with the show file.

    Set-up / Desk Settings / Facepanel Keypad/ and then 4 buttons: Grandmaster, Blackout, Sparebar GO, and hide mouse.

    My default is Blackout key and Sparebar disabled (I hate those Oops!).

    Check the level of the rem dim setting (what the remdim fades everything else to). that might have been changed.
    Set-up / Desk Settings / Manual COntrol / Live Remdim level
