Running 2.6.2
Ion on stage as master. Eos in control room as back-up.
Operator in control room lost control for a moment. I went to Ion on stage, and it had frozen. Operator in control room then regained control as Back-up Eos took over.
Have done a hard reset on the Ion (by pressing and holding the power button till it went off) and all seems to have booted up correctly.
I now don't have log from Tab 99 as it is only from boot up. Is there a way of getting a previous log off of the desk?
I will look at the logs on the Eos at the end of the show. I assume they are console specific?
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
