Its probably pretty near impossible, x86 emulation on PI is not quick and you'd have a truck load of tech issues to solve and it wouldn't be supportable.
Better bet would be to buy something like www.amazon.com/.../B00VBNSO8U which is $170 and the footprint of a CD box, add a small SSD or conventional drive and you can then run windows and so standard nomads. I've not used one for nomads but as a file server and works well.

This Computer is full Win10N (no RT or some like this) The "N" means, the Windows have no Mediaplayer in it.
I fix this computer with his holder on the Backside of my Monitor -a 22 inch Touchscreen-, he has the VESA Option.
No Fans inside.
HDMI Out, Display Port, 2 USB B, 1 USB C, Network via Lan and WLan, Bluetooth.
It cost around 200 Euro.
Works fine, i have only install NoMad, Concert, GCE, sACN VIewer
