About logic of Recall From command

Hello! There's a problem in Recall From command's work: when I try to recall FCB parameters for all chanells from particular cue by taping command "Focus Color Beam Recall From Cue #" it takes these parameters as it should do, but also it captures channels that are not active at all in this cue, even not patched or takes channels from submasters (even shielded), that are also not active in cue. Why could it be & for what reason? The answer from ETC IT team is required :)

The console is Eos Ti, the last version of OS is installed.

I am not part of ETCs IT team by any means but I will still try to answer (parts) of your question :)

The first part is assumption since I am not in front of a desk right now to verify entirely:
Without a channel selection Recall From will recall data for all of your channels in the show that have any data (e.g. tracked zeros) and recalls the data they have in this cue, which could then be a tracked FCB value or palette or whatever. I'm not entirely sure which channels it will take and why, could have to do with the flexi state as well, as said I can't verify right now, but here's a way to avoid this:

[Group] [Cue] xx will select all the channels in said cue
{Focus}{Color}{Beam}[Recall From][Cue]xx will then recall only data from those said channels which is what I am assuming you are attempting to do.
