New to the whole system. Patched all lights and the system controls them all accurately, but for a set of custom fixtures I made none of them will respond to cues. Sure they can be changed manually, but when I goto a cue they just stay where they are and the system reflects that. For instance if I have a blackout cue while everything is set to full or whatever, when I goto the cue everything goes blackout except all the custom fixtures, which stay at FL. Half of the custom fixtures are just dumb dinners and half of them are 2-address bi-color lights. Was there a setting I missed when I created them that will allow them to respond to cues?
when they seem to be disobeying the cue, pick one of them and open the About tab, that will show you where the level on the fixture is being commanded from. Maybe you've got it in a sub or something.
