Rate of Effects on Faders

last night for a show I put some effects on faders. this was an on the fly show and I was hoping to be able to change the rate of the effects live to match the tempo of the songs. I couldn't figure out how to do this. the effect is in a cue and the cue is assigned to the fader. any suggestions?

Dan, if you open the effect status display [Displays] [Effect Status], touch the effect your want control over.... you'll see the encoders are now remapped to rate, size, form, etc. You can adjust the rate of individual effects here. If you update the cue with those changes, you'll store the rate override to the cue. If not, they are temporary.
At the moment, the rate control for the cue itself - using the rate key above the fader page key - does not collect running effects, just non-effect transitions. This decision was something of a jump ball. I'm interested to hear from you all about this. Should the cue level rate control collect running effects as well?
