I have an ION with software version 2.6.4 and I am trying to update the fixture library from v2.6.3.9.0.2 to v2.6.4.9.0.12. I go through the steps to update the fixture library and the ION says the extracting was successful. I checked the fixture library version and it still was v2.6.3.9.0.2. I tried updating the ION several times and downloading the software again from the ETC website, but it would not update. Turning the board off and on did not help. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
