No, network settings happen outside of the eos software, in the shell. And I don't think you can deactivate a port completely, you can only deactivate the protocols of that port.

Wanted to be able to disable the adapter my Wireless AP is connected too during a show and then re-enable later. I have had instances where the AP causes lag issues on the console. I have been unplugging it but it would be nice to just click a button and make it happen.
