I have a Gadget 2 running on a PC with the Nomad dongle with etc wireless relays. It work well with on exception. On each relay the lower number dmx addressed lights flash. I was told that this might be due to the refresh rate. I am not sure where to find that. Is it in the software or the computer?
It could also be that those lights are not following the DMX Standard and flickering because of RDM.
You will need to use our Concert Software which can be downloaded for free from our website and you can change the DMX speed on that port to slow.
If that doesn‘t help, then disable RDM on that port. If the flashing stops then when RDM is disabled, please contact the manufacturer of those lights and let them know that their DMX lights don‘t follow the DMX Standard, and ask if they plan on fixing this for you.
It has definitely recognized the license dongle? i.e. you are selecting primary when starting up not the "with visualizer" option as if it's not recognized the license it will flash them every 5 mins or so
I thought it was recognizing the dongle, because I was able to run in the primary mode. I will have to check on the RDM and Concert Software, I am not where the computer is a his time. Thank for you suggestion.
