Recording an Effect to a Submaster?

I'm not sure if I went about doing this the right way, but I created an effect and was curious to see if I could record it to a submaster. After numerous attempts, I figured I wasn't doing to figure it out on my own. Any ieas? -Thanks

  • Brian,

When people first started discussing this, there was a lot of talk about using a second cue list with an intensity fader as a workaround.  In my mind, I had envisioned a step-based effect, rewritten as a series of looped cues.  I have since been enlightened to understand that all it takes a single cue on a fader with any effect attached to it.  I haven't needed to do this yet but it is a simpler way of looking at it.

    good luck,
