Hi everyody!
I've never run into this before; I'm using a bunch of Chauvet Freedom PARs on this gig (along with Auras, Quantums, SixPARs with UV, and another RGBA LED PAR), and for some reason, the Freedom PARs show a gray "N" in the color portion of the tiles in live display, regardless of what color I set them to. Then, when I record them to a color palette, it doesn't record their color.
I've poked around the patch to see if there's a setting there that is making color null, and I can't see anything. I attempted to set and release filters (to no avail), I've unpatched and repatched them a few times, even switched modes from 6 channel to 4 channel, and the Freedom PARs respond great to the programmer, but again, no luck saving the colors in palattes (or cues, I assume).
Anyone else ever run into this before? Any crazy ideas to try?
