Hi. I'm new to the Element desk but whenever I manually change the colour on the scrollers and program as a cue they change back to default colour as the next cue is changing. This results in a noisy flash of colours during the cue change! Any ideas how to get them to remain on a colour between cues? Thanks.
Have a read over the manual sections on marking and AutoMark. It sounds to me that if they're returning to home positions, you've been starting from scratch when you make each cue and so they're recording their home values there.
