Hi. I'm new to the Element desk but whenever I manually change the colour on the scrollers and program as a cue they change back to default colour as the next cue is changing. This results in a noisy flash of colours during the cue change! Any ideas how to get them to remain on a colour between cues? Thanks.
Thank you for your replies. I will have another go tomorrow and will read up on Automark and Marking. Mike A, the colour was supposed to stay the same between cues! I had the same issue when i saved a state to a sub master and as I dimmed the fader the scrollers started returning to their clear setting. As I fade back up they scrolled through to where they should have been. I don't have much experience of scrollers but I'm sure I'll get there! Thanks again for your advice.
If it was meant to stay the same then just delete the color completely from the second cue as with the desk in the default tracking mode you shouldn't put the color into the cue unless you want to change color.
The problem with your subs will probably be they are not configured as intensity masters (I-master) so that means all parameters change with the fader not just the intensity. (That's if you are dying they change color as you move the slider rather than just scrolling and stopping on the right color if you move the fader just a little)
The other thing to remember is when the fader is completely down then unless there is something else driving the channel it's going to go back to the home state (unless you specifically configure it not to which you don't usually want to do)
