Ion Grandmaster issue.

I am having a problem with the Grandmaster and blackout key on my ion. Whenever I have fixtures other than dimmers patched, the grandmaster and blackout keys do nothing. The weird thing is that it worked for a short while after I did a full console reset but then shortly after it stopped working again. I am not sure what caused it to stop working.

Well today it is working fine again. I still have no Idea what has changed.

Tomed101... if you see an instance of this again (its a first for us), can you please be sure to contact tech support at the earliest possible time?

It has been functioning fine for the last few weeks, so I'm not sure what changed. Also being in Australia makes calling tech support somewhat more difficult. The phones in the building won't dial out of the country which makes it hard.

Understood. Our distributor in Australia is Jands. Alex Mair is the Eos/Congo expert there. Maybe that will help??

We are able to reproduce this here now. It looks like if you delete channel 1 in patch, and then repatch it, it will at times disable your grandmaster. Restarting Eos/Ion fixes the the problem. Thanks for reporting it, it will be fixed in the next release.
