I set up a NTP-Server on my Win7-Laptop, so my Element can use it as timeserver, so I have the same time in all my Intranet (no Internet). However my Element does not sync with it - I put the IP-Address in, but it doesn't work. The NTP-Server works - my iMac syncs with it perfectly...
What am I missing?

Have the same idea with a Gio and ETCnomad System.
For Timesync i use the "old" GCE

In this software you have the Option set a Timeserver for your Intranet.
In the advance Option you can say, this SNTP is a Server, you can there set an external IP for Timesync for your Laptop.
I use a atomic clock in Germany for my Timesignal.
So you Laptop will have ever the correct time and send this time in your Intranet.
In my system this works fine
