Magic sheets not always opening in same view size/image location

 a visiting show left some magic sheets for me, and they've been adapted to suit my effects and colour palettes. However, when booting up the console, they don't always open in the correct view. sometimes they are zoomed in so you can't see the whole image, and/or the image has drifted off of centre. 
 They open in the bottom half of a split screen. 4 tabs, 1 for each MS. Each Magic sheet looks identical (3 x 10 columns). There are 4 macro buttons that allow you to swap between MS/Tab A, MS/Tab B, C and D. (each MS is a different effect version, referencing the same CP) 
 The Tab Lock button is locked, so the used can't mess with image by accident. 
 But once in a while, when I boot up, the top MS is OK, but if I tab or Macro Button to the others, those are "corrupted." Once I re-edit them during the event, they seem stable. 
 
 Thoughts?

Have you looked into recording a magic sheet view? Get it how you like it, [record]{magic sheet} x [/] y. 
X being your magic sheet number, y being your view number. 
 
I found if you are targeting the magic sheet view in your frame, the shifts don't tend to happen.

Using the views is the best option and you can then actually make the 4 sheets one and just have the 4 views on the buttons instead of separate tabs, it makes it easier when you decide some part of the sheet needs to be moved and copied from one "sheet" to another as its just a single sheet. 
 
But keeping it really simple you can just add a zoom button (you'll find it on the target drop down on a button on a magic sheet its right down the bottom of the list) to your sheet then you can click it wherever the sheet ends up and it will reset it to fit the display. (give it an obvious colour and then even if someone make the sheet incredible small you can spot it and click on it)

Also you can create a snapshot with the magic sheets aligned perfectly in each frame. Create a macro that recalls this snapshot and set it to be the startup macro.
