Colorado batten 144 has power but no light with ION

Hello

I have a rail of colorado batten 144 lights for the cyc they receive power with a parked channel this works they get power but when i try to control them with the ion they don't respond and don't produce any light

can you explain, what you already did? did you patch them? correct type, correct mode? start address? correct universe? how are you getting DMX from the console to the light; networ or DMX plugged at the back of the console?

and i know you didn0t ask this, just to make sure you don't destroy your new led light: you plugged the power to a channel and parked the channel at full. this channel is a device that can deliver clean hot power? because regular dimmers can't deliver that...

The lights are patched correctly and are receiving power perfectly but the DMX is going through a net3 network since that point I have fixed the lights by restarting the network and net3 to DMX converter box.
