Intensity Issues

WHenever i save a cue (Record > Cue > 1) it resets the intensity of all my lights to 100% how do i fix this?

It's also worth mentioning that this is not a "Cue only" problem, we've already adjusted that setting a long time ago

What color are the 100 or FL in the channel tombstone? If they are yellow this is a submaster.

So my associate was fiddling with the submasters and we somehow fixed our problem.
I have a question though, how did it just do that on it's own? Because we just turned the board on one day and it was doing this, we didn't adjust anything. Is it just a glitch?

Most likely someone powered off the board with a sub on, and then brought down the fader after the fact.
