Hey All,
So I think it's great that you can access NIP from the RVI on deck to check scrollers, movers, etc. The thing I don't like is you have to spin the virtual encoder like mad (difficult using a mouse going in circles, especially when it is so close to the edge of a monitor) to get a mac/IQ to pan/tilt, even when the encoder is set to coarse mode. I was checking a swack of IQ's Pan & Tilt direction to set their pan/tilt all the same and it took forever to get them to move enough that I could notice a change from the RVI which is located in our theatre just about in the wing DSL. I am wondering if there is a work around that I can do from the RVI to speed this up or if this is something to be improved in the next software release? Does anyone else have a better idea when it comes to checking these NIP from the RVI just after patching a show (basically meaning no macros or Focus Palettes have been created yet).
Thanks.
