So this is three fold which is leading me to think something might be amuk with my ION; bad clusters, bad sectors, etc. and it might be starting to irreversibly fail. Let me break them down into three items:
1) This one I already posted and have received some good replies however with the other two happening I am wondering if this is all tied together. Basically when I was running my Blizzard HotStick EXA's on a custom made Step Based however simple effect; one channel on, next channel on and the last off, and so on, very simple, it would randomly pause on one fixture for a few seconds then rapidly scan thru to catch up and continue running. I thought about this more and remembered it happened primarily when it would be running and I would change the color using one of the Magic Sheet colors.
2) Current show. Using Chauvet Rogue R2 spots and Chauvet QWash 560Z's. Once in a while when I was running a cue and I would change the focus of either of these brands of fixtures it would cause all the 560Z fixtures to strobe and the only way I could stop it is to GoToCue Out then bring the cue back up again.
3) Current show. I noticed on the Magic Sheet and on the Live Table my Rogue R2 spots would show a magenta - (dash) when they were running full intensity on some cues. Some cues show FL and others show magenta - (dash).
Again. I am wondering if there is something starting with my HD. I don't have another ION to run my shows to compare.
