Ion

Hey , I have Ion with latest software, when I switch it off or restart one universe doesnt work , I have 2 universe ..

I checked the switch , splitter and nodes all are ok !!

I guess some thing wrong with the console sitting..

I appreciate any help guys

A) Can you be more specific on your "Latest software"? There is a current version and a Beta version right now.

2) Go into Settings from the shell and make sure you are outputting both universes of DMX.
