2.7.0.154 bug - Pult lädt 2 Shows auf einmal / desk loads 2 files at once

Hallo zusammen,

wir haben bei unserer Ti gestern folgendes Phänomen gehabt, dass das Pult beim laden der Vorstellungs-Datei selbstständig Cues, Presets, Submaster, etc. aus einer anderen Show "dazugemerged" hat. Die Ti wurde am Vortag auf 2.7.0.154 geupdatet, da trat der Fehler beim laden der selben Show nicht auf. der Fehler ist auch nicht reproduzierbar. Ein menschliches Versagen wurde durch probieren ausgeschlossen.

Hat jemand eine Idee oder Erfahrungen, ist das Problem schon bekannt?

Hello together,

the last days we had strange behavior after updating to v2.7 - as we loaded a showfile, the console automerged somehow another random show, even not the one which was loaded before, all the cues, presets, submasters etc. were mixed... does anyone have similar expirience or any idea? we tried to reproduce the situation merging these shows in both directions but we werent able to reproduce the same condition - it wasnt a human mistake...

    I had the same thing happen today. I've opened an Incident No. 300668588 with Service and emailed off the logs and three different show files (one from yesterday that doesn't seem corrupt). If Service finds anything interesting I'll post it back here.

    These three show files and the log files are from an ETC IonXe20 (new, running 2.7.0 build 154).

    The show file from yesterday that was saved to ETCnomad on my desktop computer seems OK, we just lost the 2 hrs work we did today to make up 20 or so additional cues.

    The two other show files (No Cues!) and (Too Many Cues) are from the IonXe20 today. The (No Cues!) show file is the last show we saved yesterday on the console. It had cues in it when we saved it. I had deleted the earlier ones before I realised I had a problem.

    The (Tooo many Cues) showfile is a merge with another show field (Disco Nights) that seems to have happened all by itself.

    I sent the log files from the Xe from a few minutes ago as well.

    For bonus points, I don't know how far back those log files go but if they also want to look at them back to Saturday afternoon they might see where the Submasters stopped working and the console needed a reboot to get them to work again.

    We have now discovered, that it has to be a problem between projects, which have been created with an older version of the eos software and safeing the project after some changes with Version 2.7.0.154. The error can be reproduced with the same but also other projects.
    I've sent the logfile to etc, maybe they find something.
    A workaround is to downgrade to an older Software Version, in our case 2.6.4.9.0.3, where the error doesn't show anymore.
