Neither Art-Net nor sACN transmit RDM data.
That said, ETC Net3 Concert uses sACN and also a proprietary transfer protocol to send RDM data.
(That's why it's called Net3 Concert)
You'd need an ETC Net3 DMX gateway for RDM to function. Fixtures do not process networked RDM protocols.
