I have an ION Ver 2.6.1 with two Viewsonics touch screens (VS14833). My mouse has a life of its own. I move it to a tab and within seconds it jumps to the middle of the base screen, occasionally blinking on and off. It doesn't matter which screen I start on, but it always jumps back to my base screen. I can still operate via the keys, but only for a few seconds longer before the mouse jumps and the console reverts to the PSD Live screen on the base monitor. The mouse is out of the question for now. As long as my show is recorded, the GO and BACK buttons still operate, but that's the only saving grace. I have tried to power cycle the board. I have done a DEEP CLEAR, but to no avail.
Has anyone seen this before and found a solution besides sending it back to the factory?
