ION 2x20 wing issue

Question

Hi, I just start learning to use Ion, and I tried to find the answer to my problem. I have a 2x 20 fader wing attached to my Ion. I created a new show and my wing LCD display is blank, working but I don't see any sliders numbers. How I can make that when I start my console I see on the wing numbered slider from 1 to 40. I know how to save sub to sliders, I just don't know how to display them on the wing. I don't know how this actually works. When I press FaderPage button I see numbered pages and I can choose Pages. But how to save sub to Page 1 sliders and have page 1 sliders display on the LCD panels.

check this Video to see how to configure your faders:

This reflects an older Software Version of Eos on your Ion, but it explains the idea of faders. 
 
I would recommend having the current Eos v2.7.0 Software on your Ion if not already, 
and then you can use TAB 36 - Fader Configuration to Assign Submasters to the Faders.

It's important to note that a sub and a fader is not the same thing. Unless you assign something to a fader, this fader will be empty. And empty faders don't show their number on a universal fader wing. 
 
What is the reason you want to see the number of an empty fader? So you can use the number in a syntax?
