Having trouble installing Fixture Library 2.7.0.b74

Had the exact same thing and reported this two days ago.

Console or nomad? If so which console or which OS?

Nomad: 2.7.0.b154
Current Library: 2.7.0.68
OS: Win 10

I see this here as well. The problem is that the shell is unable to write to C:\ProgramData. Try running as administrator (right click on "Launch Eos" and choose Run as Administrator), and it should now have correct permissions.

We've filed this as SCR 47255.
