Need a working Profile for Elation Platinum Spot LED II

We have just installed a system in to a School.

The console is an Ion XE with the expanded fadder wing.

The profile for the Platinum Spot LED II Standard only allows the fixture to tilt in one direction and a series of functions do not work or do not work properly. I've tried editing the profile with no success, can this profile be rewritten?

    while i don't know this fixture i have looked at the profile and the output it generates and this seems to be correct.

    tilt only going half way sounds like there could be a second source thatsends the fixtures home value. if merged HTP this would explain why you can tilt one direction but not the other.
    so what's the signal path from console to fixture? and might there be a second sender like paradigm, another console?

    if you send the values by sACN you could download sACNview to diagnose a potential second source.

    also: what software version do you use, as this fixture profile has been updated in the past.
