Sorry, I debated whether I should add on to the existing thread or start anew, but as this is a new problem, I chose to start a new thread.
(Correct me if I did a bad thing.)
Given that Learning Macros records EXACTLY as you enter data into the desk, I'm stumped here.
Problem: When you patch new LED fixtures, EOS has a tendency to leave some of the NPs off of the display data view.
e.g.: You patch a Colourforce II and it shows you the values for Red, Green, Blue, but omits the Amber.
You need to Hold the Data key & select the virtual buttons of the parameters you wish displayed.
So I learnt a Macro to do this and it failed.
Result was:
Query Keywords Luminaire_LED_Wash ♦
Data ChannelParam 50 ChannelParam 51 ChannelParam 12 ChannelParam 48 ChannelParam 20675 ChannelParam 13 ChannelParam 14
There was no data latch.... No Data_Down or Data_Up
The result just leaves me with a command line displaying:
(channels) Blue Green Lime Amber Red White Indigo _
I tried adding an On ♦ to the macro, no effect.
Any tips?
Is there another way to do this without the need for the Data key to latch or a way to latch the data key or just a way to turn them On/Off?
(Toggle is less than ideal.)
I did try the [Params] key, but as I'm on Nomad, & Params doesn't have a hotkey, that didn't work either.
