ETC EOS Family Software locks to 80% intensity?

Hi guys,

I'm relatively new to the EOS family and have come into a rather strange issue. When calling a channel and trying to give it an intensity of 100%, it caps at 80% instead.

This is consistent regardless of whether it's LED or Conventional.

Any ideas on what might be causing it? Is it due to me not using a dongle at present? (I'm using it to pre-program an ION)

Is this for all channels? If yes, maybe grandmaster? Check the top of your screen if there is red text saying GM and a number in percent

That happened to me after the last software update using @@ or @full or full enter. I fixed it by going into the settings and finding where it was set to 80 and changed it to 100. I can't tell you exactly where it was as I am not at my console but it was NOT through exiting into the shell. It was in the show settings somewhere.

There is the level intensity setting, it should be in setup, user, manual control.
But it should only affect what happens when you press the Level hardkeys or double tap At.

So: how are you setting levels when it fails? With the wheel? With At 100 Enter? At Full Enter? Full Full?
