Patching problem with led fixtures

I am trying to patch several Elation Opti Tri Pars with a 4 channel profile. However, when I try programming them the intensity parameter is none responsive and the fixture behaves as if it was in a 3 channel profile. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Make sure the fixture is in 4 channel mode if you want to use it in that mode. That is something you need to do at the fixture. It sounds like the fixture is in 3 channel mode.

I did check to make sure at the time of patch. They were all in 4 channel mode.
