Chauvet Rogue R2 Spot issues

Hey SHawkins, I am having a similar issue. My R2 Spots are registering my even numbered focus pallettes, but not my odd!!! So FP 2, light go there, FP 1 they go to FP9, FP4 fine, FP3, back to FP9. Did you find any solution to your issue that may be a clue on what I can do to solve mine? I am running on an ION Xe with 3.1.4.4

I think this is because their native pan is 0 rather than center. So your evens are turning the  away from 0, whereas the odds can't turn past 0. (The fixture can only do 360 then it has to turn back the other way, so it starts at the very bottom of that circle and is stuck if you're telling it to turn the wrong way.) I fixed this by offsetting all the R2s back to the center. 

Hi Shcon, Are you able to elaborate on this for me? I looked up offsetting in the manual, but i'm still not sure how this will help me.

So bare with me. A circle is 360 degrees. A moving head stops at 360 and at 0... that is the limit of its rotation then it has to go back the other way. The Rogues start at 0 degrees native (IF I RECALL! Its been forever since I used these fixtures LOL!) but at 180, it is free to move both ways. Most lights start native at that middle point, so that's the offset you need. Offset them to 180 degrees, so they can pan both ways.

these can pan 180deg 360 deg or 540deg according to the specs.
