2.6.2 patch bug

Eos 2.6.2 on classic Ion. Incoming company to my venue, DMX out to toured and house systems.

Chans 91 through 93 are dimmer + scroller. 91 through 93 intensities work fine, the scrollers not so much. 93 scroller works; 91 + 92 scrollers won't move.

After lots of problem solving, I looked at the patch. 91 and 92 parts 2 show a DMX output of 0, while the DMX output of 93.2 shows its value for the scroller frame.

91+92 are not captured or parked.

The problem was resolved by creating 91 part 3. Suddenly, 91 part 2 showed its correct DMX value and the scroller snapped to its correct frame. I deleted the part 3 and the scroller continued working. Same result when tried with 92.

No idea at all as to how to replicate this...

Very puzzling! I haven't heard of this. Do you recall what you were doing around that timeframe and/or what had changed since you last knew it was working?

Any chance you have an old copy of the showfile? Reloading that to see if it still happens might be the best shot at reproducing it. (If you post the showfile, we can also take a look at it. If you have a chance to load it though and see the issue crop up again, that's going to give us the best shot at isolating it). Your workaround to add another part was a great idea - I'm glad to hear that worked to help get the fixtures going again.
