Say I have two PARS that are twofered together into the same dimmer. Each PAR also has a Forerunner colorscroller attached to it that need to be independently controlled from one another. Now in the past we have just made a dummy fixture by patching one of he scrollers to another channel that has no intensity parameters on the ION. This can be a little cumbersome at times however because the intensity for both PARS and the scroller for one of them is on one channel and the scroller for the other PAR is by itself on another channel making it awkward to operate at times.
Is there a way to assign two of the same accessory to a channel and still have them independently controlled? I thought about possibly making a new fixture type that would encompass both scrollers at the same time, but I was wondering if there was an easier way?
