can Nomad control NSI dimmers?

Hi all,

I want to upgrade a small auditorium with a few colorsource spots.

currently there are 8 par 56's running on 2 NSI dimmer packs connected to a NSI 8 channel controller.

can i control the dimmer packs with nomad?

With a Gadget & a Nomad Key, yes.

well, probably...

Much NSI gear is LMX protocol and not DMX. If you have DMX input on the dimmer pack then you are in great shape. If not then you would need a converter and a new dimmer pack might be cheaper.

I did not realise.
I have a few NSI packs floating around and they're all DMX.
