Altering the rate of an effect in live

Hi all!

I'm wondering if there is a way to alter the rate of a manual effect.in live. So baaibasic I want to run something like chan 1 thru 5 effect 1 then be able to grab that effect on the rate wheel rather than have to manually edit the effect, is that possible?

yes, you're looking for a Global FX Fader with Manual Effects = on

That's helpful but not exactly what I'm looking for. I'm hoping to alter the rate of individual effects, not every effect at once.

and the Effect Status Display plus encoders doesn't help either?

I hadn't thought to select the ESD and check.my encoders. I'll take a look next time I have the console in front of me.
