RFR Base Station LED

What does the LED on the RFR Base Station indicate? Specifically what does it mean when it's red?

Every day or two I come in in the morning and the RFR can't find the base station. When I got up to the booth the LED on the base station is red, and I have to unplug and replug the USB.

Hi Bryan
My understanding has always been GREEN = base station is communicating with console. RED = bad :-(
It's been a while since I used an EOS/ION but I'm sure I've read about similar problems to what you are experiencing on the forums. Have a search through the forums.....
Anyone else out there with some helpful info?

Darn I was hoping the LED was something like GREEN = good RED = Low signal to noise ratio or something else a little more helpful
