Printed Copy of Latest Ion Manual (2.7.2)

Is there a printed copy of the latest Ion manual available? I like to have a hard copy of things, but getting the current manual printed in colour is going to cost more than $200.00 at my local Staples store.They also want proof that I have permission to copy it.

I'd shop around. I get 4 copies printed locally by Xerox (on the university's account, so bulk priveladges apply) for less than that (in Canadian $$). if you look inside the document, there is a waiver in the early pages allowing the printing to occur.

(ok, there used to be. all I can find now on page before the table of contents: ETC intends this document, whether printed or electronic, to be provided in its entirety.)
