EOS 2x20 Fader Wing Lables not showing

Just added a new 2x20 fader wing to our Ion console. The labels are not showing on the LCD display on the fader wing. It image is stuck on the ETC logo. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Is this a new style fader wing or an older wing which is new to you? Do all screens show the logo? How are the two units connected?
