Hello!
Last night, we had a frightening freeze-up on our in-house ION running EOS 2.7.3. We upgraded EOS versions recently and haven't noticed anything strange, but in the middle of our show last night, our fader wing stopped responding and we unplugged its power and plugged it back in. We do this frequently and it usually fixes the issue. This time, the fader wing came online, showed the ETC screen and the monitors on the ION went black. The ION's internal LCD was still on, but when I typed numbers on the face panel, the command line on the LCD did not update. I think the cursor was still visible on the external monitor and (I'm not sure, but) I think I could still move the cursor with the mouse. We force-restarted the ION and it came back on with no issues. Everything was fine afterward. I've pulled logs from the shell > settings > maintenance > logs. Should I attach them to this thread or send them to someone? Also, any ideas on how to stop this from happening in the future?
