If running a step-based effect or absolute effect with stop and hold and then running another step-based or absolute effect with stop and hold, the first effect's channels lose their values.

Actually, none of those. I set them to run 2 cycles and stop.
Using [Stop Effect] with "stop and hold" ALSO causes the channels to lose their values though.
All of these are manually run effects.
I just now tested them using cues to stop the effects and that way they work as they should.
