ETCpad problem

Hi Robert,

I'm sorry that you are having issues with your ETCpad. It sounds like the WiFi switch thinks that it is still off. If you tap that message, it should take you to the WiFi settings where you can check to see if it is enabled. Also, do you have the Ethernet module connected or is the ETCpad just running wirelessly?

You should not fear resetting as the device's core image contains our code so if you feel like trying the reset options that are presented, feel free to do so.

If you continue to experience this type of issue, you may want to call in to your local ETC Technical Services to troubleshoot in real time.

Did a full reset but result the same;

Under SETTINGS > Connection type = Wi-Fi

Then Wi-Fi > to find it is off. Tap bar to turn it on and get that message. "To see available networks turn WiFi on." (Bar at top says ON with blue circle to right).

But there are no networks showing and there does not seem to be any activity (running lights under bar) to find nets. Tapping that message does nothing
