Bug: Inhibiting a NIP causes it to stay inhibited after the inhib is brought up

I created Sub 22 which inhibits the red parameter on Channel 701.

701 is home (values in gray)

[Sub] 22 [At] 5 [Enter] halves the red value for Channel 701.

[Sub] 22 [Full] [Full] homes Sub 22.

The red parameter value stays at 50 even after the inhib is homed.

Also, when I use a fader to do the same thing, it drops the level way too quickly; it's not proportional to the fader position.

This bug doesn't occur when inhibiting manual values or values from cues.
