Ion Firmware update - console tells me to update but the update button is greyed out

I've just updated 4 of our Ions (non Xe) to 2.7.3. All gone fine on 2 of them, both of which asked me to update the firmware and that all went fine.

1 of them did not ask me to update the firmware, and is on an older firmware.

1 of them keeps asking me to update the firmware, but when I go to the maintenance tab and select the entry in red the update button is greyed out and not available?

What is the firmware device that is out of date but can't be updated? Some devices require you press the "Upgrade I/O Firmware" button above the list of firmware devices.

The Gadget IO board. It updated fine on 2 of the Ions, but not the other 2. Exactly the same process and update file used on all 4 desks.

That should be upgraded through the update dialog found by pressing the aforementioned button.

Which isn't what happened on the two that just sorted themselves out? I'll have another look on Monday.

Without knowing more I'd speculate they were up to date already. A comparison of version numbers when you have a look should tell you more.
