can't update/install 2.7.3 on laptop

Not sure if this is a tech support phone call and I posted on FB but no hits yet., other than suggesting Run as Administrator.

I have a meeting this Friday morning for a venue doing Lion King. Planning on taking my laptop and one monitor to show them the cues through Capture. Don't want to have to set up my console through the laptop.

Show built and ready in my IONxe. Show saved onto console and two externals. Show opened on my ASUS Windows 10 laptop and discovered none of the intensities are showing on the MS. Long story shorter; i was running the last version so I have spent hours attempting to install 2.7.3 however keep getting these two errors at the conclusion of the install:

InstallShield was unable to install HighSpeed Pipeline drivers and InstallShield could not add ETC as a Trusted Publisher. Some FTDI devices may not work properly.

I removed and installed through Run as Administrator. I shut off all virus protection. I tried to find InstallShield to kill it and not to be found. I even tried ripping it out and reinstalling it in Safe Mode and always get the same two errors.

Now when the program is running not only do the intensities NOT show on the MS but they don't show in anything except in patch and they do show on Capture (The fixtures do show beams).. But when I pick groups and tell them to go to a FP I get Error: Channel List is Empty on the command line. I also discovered there are no moving light or LED fixture parameters showing in the Live Tab. Only the channels. I also cannot patch anything. When entering the channel at # nothing happens. I also discovered there are no fixtures at all when selecting a fixture for patch. And when I type 1 @ full enter 1 tombstone shows in red on the Live Display page but no intensity shows in the tombstone. Look in patch and channel 1 shows 255.

When I run the show file on my Windows 10 desktop as well as my IONxe everything works perfectly.

So I'm thinking the two install errors are causing this and I don't know how to get around them.
