Some lights won't come down unless master fader brought down

Question

I'm slowly learning this Element. I have a situation where some lights remain on even when all faders are brought down. They only go off when I bring down master fader. My work around has been to go to each tombstone and dial them all down to zero. This works, but all those tombstones have red numbers in them. What is the correct way to solve this issue?

A red color mean they are receiving manual data. One way to clear manual data is [Sneak][Enter]. There are other ways. 
 If you want to know why a channel is doing what it is doing, the About window "Current Values" view is very useful.
