that's not how Eos works. Eos normalizes fixtures so different fixtures from different manufacturers can be controlled in the same manner, no matter the individual layout. but of course you're welcome to rebuild the fixture profile in a way you like better

Please be more specific.  I get that you want each parameter on it's own wheel but as Ueli has stated ETC normalizes some controls.  The manual link will only help if you let us know what is not currently functioning.  If it is merely a preference for how to control the light you are welcome to rework the existing profile to meet your needs.  If it is something that does not function or does not work please include details.
