Chauvet Rogue R3 Wash Profile Problem

Updated to the Newest update and Fixture Library 
 Hello, 
 
 I am having a problem with the Profiles for the Chauvet Rogue R3 Wash units. 
 The 21ch mode is the only one that really works but "Color Mix 2" doesn't seem to work 
 If I try to use any other channel mode I loose the ability to use the Color Picker, Color Mix 2 still doesn't work, and there are some other features that I just don't know what they are. 
 If I try to use the new mode with cell control, Pan and Tilt stop working along with the other things. 
 
 Is anyone else having issues with these profiles? Any tips? Should I just create my own profiles? Help?

Hi Sarah, 
 The Rogue R3 Wash profile request ( https://community.etcconnect.com/control_consoles/f/eos-family/28417/personality-edit-request ) submitted 13 days ago suggested that the zoom parameter was not functioning as desired. We can manipulate the profile's zoom parameter's labels or ranges however to customize the profile per user. 
 I do not have any notes, however, on changes made to the Color Mix 2 parameter. Would you mind calling into ETC Technical Support and referencing notification 300727089 while you are in front of your console. If we have the manual for the fixture in front of us, we can see double check that the console and manual are referencing the same data in addition to how the fixture responds to those levels.
